Doha, Qatar: The US military has hit nearly 2,000 targets since attacking Iran on Saturday.
The attacks have killed 787 people in Iran, according to the Iranian Red Crescent, a toll that could not be independently confirmed by AFP.
Meanwhile, Iran drones struck adjacent the US consulate in Dubai, starting a fire but inflicting no casualties, and against the US military base at Al-Udeid in Qatar.
The attacks came a day after strikes on the US embassies in Riyadh and Kuwait City and on a US air base in Bahrain.

Prime Minister receives phone call from Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs

Turkiye intercepts ballistic missile from Iran
Turkiye Defense Ministry, in a statement, said that NATO air and missile defenses detected and neutralised a ballistic missile from Iran. IAEA gives update on Iran’s nuclear sites

International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in a social media post gave update about the situation at Iran’s nuclear facilities.
The nuclear watchdog said that based on the analysis of latest available satellite imagery, it sees “no damage to facilities containing nuclear material in Iran and therefore no radiological release risk at this time”.
“Near Isfahan nuclear site, damage is visible at two buildings. No additional impact detected at Natanz after previously reported damage at entrances, and no impact at other nuclear sites, including Bushehr NPP,” it added.
It called for maximum restraint to help avoid any danger of radiological incident.

The Qatar Ministry of Defense announced that the country was attacked, at dawn today, March 4, 2026, by 10 drones and 2 cruise missiles coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Fire near US consulate in Dubai extinguished

The Government of Dubai Media Office announced that the competent authorities were able to extinguish a small fire that broke out Tuesday night in the vicinity of the US Consulate in Dubai as a result of a drone attack, confirming that no injuries occurred.
The office said in a post on X that civil defense teams and security services immediately responded to the incident. The post added that the fire was brought under control and the situation has been contained, in addition to the area being secured and the necessary measures were taken to ensure the safety of individuals and property.
The relevant authorities confirmed that the situation is now under complete control and that work in the area is proceeding normally.
The UAE said on Tuesday that its air defenses had dealt with 186 Iranian ballistic missiles since Saturday morning, destroying 172 of them, while 13 missiles fell into the sea, and one missile fell inside the country's territory.

Saudi Ministry of Defense intercepts, destroys 9 drones
The Saudi Ministry of Defense reported today that it destroyed nine drones.
Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense Major General Turki Al Maliki said that nine drones were intercepted and destroyed immediately upon entering the Kingdom’s airspace.
The Saudi Ministry of Defense had announced Tuesday that it intercepted and destroyed eight drones.

Kuwait Ministry reports injuries, damage from shrapnel
Kuwait's Ministry of Defense said that it intercepted several hostile aerial targets that entered its airspace early morning.
The shrapnel from this interception fell onto residential homes causing injuries and material damage.
The announcement follows a Ministry of Health report that stated a 11-year-old girl died from injuries caused by shrapnel this morning. Four members of her family are currently undergoing medical evaluation and are under observation.
