Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, received a phone call from HH Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the call, they reviewed the latest developments in the region, particularly those related to the ceasefire between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the importance of maintaining it in a way that enhances security and stability.
Both sides also emphasized the need to strengthen coordination and intensify joint efforts to de-escalate tensions, paving the way to address the root causes of the crisis through peaceful means and dialogue, and ultimately reach a final agreement that achieves lasting peace.
