Tripoli: President of the High Council of the State of Libya HE Dr. Mohamed Muftah Takala met on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, with Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the State of Libya HE Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Zabin Al Dosari.

Bilateral cooperation relations were discussed during the meeting.
